As a Senior Manager - SAP Functional Architect in our Technology Consulting SAP team your impact will be seen by designing solutions that enhance business processes and performance. This position requires deep knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and best practices to ensure effective and efficient integration with business operations. Lead the architectural design of SAP solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define system processes and integrations. Develop comprehensive solution architectures that encompass SAP modules and third-party integrations. Manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP solutions. Oversee configuration and customization tasks, ensuring alignment with business needs. Provide strategic guidance on SAP capabilities to enhance business processes. Partner with business units to develop roadmaps and project plans for SAP solutions. Recommend technological innovations to optimize SAP systems. Lead project teams in the delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Facilitate workshops and meetings with business units to gather requirements and feedback. Develop and maintain documentation such as project plans, process diagrams, and technical specifications. Implement best practices for SAP solution design and configuration. Manage and mentor team and coach associates About you You have a background in cross functional SAP Solution Architecture and are skilled in full life cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementation programs, strong hands-on experience in application integration with strong knowledge of SAP latest architectural patterns, SAP S/4 HANA product roadmaps . And hold an understanding of soft skills required for the role (stakeholders management, communications, and business process design and analytical methodologies). You will also have relevant experience in SAP Solution Architecture and application integration Knowledge in SAP Activate methodology At least 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation programs Experience implementing SAP solutions Proven ability to develop in depth solution designs Understanding of SAP architectural patterns, constructs, development methodology and patterns.
